Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Issues:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be defective in some way either from time in transit or upon use.
To start a return, you can contact us at FernetteCleaningCo@gmail.com. If your item(s) is defective or not able to use, Fernette Cleaning Co. will issue a refund or replacement according to customer preference.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Approval
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
