About the Owner
Growing up with her grandparents who owned a Bed & Breakfast in Hood River, Mysty enjoyed getting to know all of the unique people who came to stay.
Her passion for cleanliness and customer service inspired her to create her own business: Fernette Cleaning Company.
When Mysty isn't working she enjoys playing video-games, spending quality time with her Australian Shepherd, Mara, and traveling.

When and how do I pay?
Payment is due in full at the end of each cleaning appointment. We accept cash or checks.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
We bring everything except for step-stools.
What kind of cleaning agents do you use? Are they safe?
We make all of our cleaning agents from scratch-- we specialize in non-toxic cleaners!
They are made from simple ingredients like Isopropyl Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda, Castile Soap and Essential Oils.
We sell these products on our online store.
How often can you schedule recurring cleans?
We schedule cleans on a biweekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Do you clean vacation rentals?
Not usually, but if you are in a bind, you can give us a shout; Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Do you do laundry?
Yes! If time allows, our included laundry services are: washing and drying bath mats, towels, and sheets.
Do you do dishes?
Yes! If time allows-- we ask our clients to make sure that their dishwasher is empty so that we can clean the inside, load it, and run it!
